How to Water
Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during the growing season. Water deeply when the top inch of soil feels dry, and reduce watering in winter as the plant enters dormancy.
How to Plant
Plant Enkianthus in acidic, well-drained soil in partial shade or full sun. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball, loosen the soil, and mix in organic matter. Place the plant at the same depth as in its pot, fill in with soil, firm gently, and water thoroughly.
