Deliveries

We strive to dispatch orders on the same business day they are received. Orders placed after our daily cut-off or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day, ensuring swift processing and prompt shipment.

Additionally, we are committed to being fair with our postage costs – you can expect us to charge only the minimum necessary to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.

Delivery services

Standard delivery
  • Enjoy free postage on orders over ÂŁ50; orders under ÂŁ50 incur a small fee of ÂŁ3.99.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to certain non-mainland areas (e.g., the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Scottish Highlands). Any extra charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Express delivery
  • Need your items urgently? We offer Express Next Day Delivery for a flat fee of ÂŁ4.99.
  • For Express orders placed before 6am (Monday to Thursday), next-day delivery is assured. Express orders placed on Fridays may be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note: Although we use reliable third-party couriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, we always choose the fastest available option when Express Shipping is selected.

Bank holidays

Please note that our courier partners do not deliver on Bank Holidays. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to getting your order to you as soon as possible after these dates.

International delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. However, with our operational hub in the Netherlands, international deliveries might be on the horizon – keep an eye out for exciting updates!

Click & collect

While click & collect isn’t available from our physical site, we’re actively exploring convenient parcel shop delivery options with our couriers to better serve you.

Returns

General returns
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via our live chat or email sales@gardenersdream.co.uk.
  • In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Once authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return postage is not covered unless otherwise agreed. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Christmas product returns
  • If your selected delivery date is not met, cancellations cannot be accepted solely on that basis.
  • As per UK Distance Selling Regulations, cancellations or returns for perishable goods (such as freshly cut trees or wreaths) are not accepted unless the product is deemed faulty.
  • For live goods that may vary in size or shape, we will work closely with you to assess any claim of fault and determine the best course of action.
Goods damaged in transit
  • Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt.
  • If the package is significantly damaged, sign the delivery note as “damaged” and request that the courier returns it to us.
  • Contact us immediately via Live Chat or at sales@gardenersdream.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
