Product description
Wisteria Alba is a fast-growing deciduous climbing variety, with stems developing 60cm long drooping racemes that vigorously supply an abundance of pea-like, lilac-tinged white flowers upon light green leaflets. The flowers are fragrant, and are packed into elegant looking clusters that give off an amazing effect at the height of summer, the flowers eventually develop a yellow tinge as it approaches autumn. As a climber, these will look great as they weave their way up a wall or trellis, providing a wall of bright colour that towers over your garden.
Alba will grow in almost any type of garden, it can be planted in full sun or partial shade and it is suited to any type of soil provided it is moist but well drained. To ensure prominent flowering year after year, prune back the twining stems right after flowering has finished in late summer, and once again at the height of winter.

Instructions
Top Tip
Prune wisteria regularly to encourage healthy growth and more blooms. Cut back long stems in late winter and remove dead or tangled wood to improve air circulation and support better flowering.
How to Water
Water wisteria deeply after planting and regularly during the first year to establish roots. Once established, water during dry spells, but allow the soil to dry between waterings. Avoid waterlogging, as wisteria prefers well-drained soil.
How to Plant
Choose a sunny spot with well-draining soil. Dig a large hole and amend the soil with compost. Place the plant, ensuring the root is level with the ground, backfill with soil, and water thoroughly. Provide a sturdy support structure, like a trellis or pergola, for growth.
