Product description
Nepeta faassenii Purrsian Blue, also known as Catmint, is a dwarf cultivar that maintains its neat and compact mounding habit but nearly doubles its spread to 75cm. Dark purple calyxes rise out of the green foliage and the clusters of periwinkle blue flowers are spaced closely together on its stems. This is a long blooming perennial, that will keep on flowering from early summer into early autumn or until the first frosts arrive.
Plant the Catmint in any dry to medium, well-drained soil. It prefers full sun but will also do well in part shade. A very low maintenance cultivar that is drought tolerant and deer resistant. It can reach an ultimate height of 45cm and an ultimate spread of 75cm. Spent flowers can be cut back by 2/3 in July to promote reblooming in August to first frosts.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.
