Instructions

Top Tip

Plant at least one male plant for every 5-6 female plants for pollination and fruit production. Ensure the male blooms at the same time as the female flowers.

How to Water

Water deeply and regularly during the growing season, keeping the soil evenly moist but not soggy. Reduce watering in winter to prevent root rot.

How to Plant

Plant kiwi in rich, well-drained soil and full sun with protection from strong winds. Ensure a sturdy trellis or support is in place. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball, position the plant, and backfill with soil. Mulch to retain moisture and reduce weeds.
