A medium-sized evergreen shrub when fully grown, the ‘Roseum Elegans’ boasts a dense, mounding habit of broad, glossy, green leaves which contrast nicely with the trusses of bright pink flowers which appear all throughout the foliage from late Spring through to the beginnings of Summer. A great option for areas with some shade and offers some nice structure and colour for less common areas of the garden.
Plant roots shallowly in moist, humus-rich, well-drained acidic soil and keep partially shaded. Maintain soil moisture. Tolerates full sun but may affect flower longevity and foliage colour. Keep in sheltered position and provide frost protection.

Plant Rhododendrons in a partially shaded spot with acidic, well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball and place the plant, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with the soil. Backfill with soil and water thoroughly.
