Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Yellow-flushed red variety with a juicy and rich flavour. The tree will grow Gala fruit from mid-late Autumn.
Growth and Spread: Ultimate height and spread of 4-8m.
Care and Maintenance: It is recommended to plant the trees in any well drained soil, situated in a sheltered sunny position. Feed and water the trees regularly to allow them to settle into their new environment. Most fruit trees should be pruned back during their dormant stage in the Winter period.
Period of Interest: Flowers begin to show in Spring. Green foliage is present right through to Autumn when tasty fruit will grow.
