Growing your own plants in the garden is always a delightful and rewarding experience, transforming any space into your very own hive of nature. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, selecting your own plants to grow is important so they suit your needs and preferences. Here at Gardeners Dream, we have a wide range of plants on offer, including this gorgeous plant. We believe this can be the perfect plant for you!
Caring for your plants can be easy and enjoyable with a few simple steps. Start by placing your plants where they'll get the amount of light they crave, whether that be bright sunlight or a shady spot. Water them regularly, but be careful not to overwater - a good gauge for this is the soil being moist, not soggy. With a little love and attention, your plants will thrive and bring their own touch of beauty to your home.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

How to Plant
Dig in plenty of garden compost and plant in spring or autumn in rich, moist but well-draining soil. Astrantia grows well in full sun or partial shade but prefers a little shelter from strong afternoon sun. Create a hole slightly wider than the root ball and position the plant before backfilling, firming gently as you go. Water in well after planting.
