A broad, low growing hardy fern that has silver-green foliage and contrasting red stems and veins and in the summer, the fern is lightly fragranced. This plant has a non-spreading habit and is best suited as groundcover or in a shaded border.
Plant in moist, well drained soil. Keep in partial or full shade and out of direct sunlight, to avoid scorching. Prefers sandy or clay soil.
