Product description
Buddleia Davidii 'Marbled White' is a compact, bushy, deciduous shrub with arching branches and narrow, pointed pale green leaves. It provides great interest in the garden with its large and elegant panicles that are covered in hundreds of tiny, honey-scented, white flowers with golden eyes. These flowers are bursting with nectar and truly act as a magnet for attracting butterflies and pollinating insects to your garden. Although quick growing, this shrub remains compact and it is perfect for sunny borders, cottage gardens and wildlife areas.
Plant this Buddleia in garden borders in any moist, well drained garden soil, in full sun or semi-shade. Alternatively, you can grow it in patio containers using soil based compost. Feed and water container-grown plants regularly. In spring, prune Buddleja plants back to a permanent low framework of 3 or 4 buds from the base of the plant. Deadhead faded buddleia flowers to prolong the flowering season.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

How to Water
Water young plants regularly for the first year or so until they are fully established. After this, buddleias should only need to be watered during particularly dry spells.
How to Plant
For the best show of flowers, plant buddleia in a sheltered spot in full sun. Ensure the soil drains well and dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball. Dig in some garden compost and position the plant, placing the top of the root ball just below soil level. Backfill with soil and compost and water in well.
