The vibrancy of the slight red and prominent purple shaded flowers brings an eye-catching, bi-coloured theme to the garden, ensuring that beds, borders, pots and more are pleasing on the eye. These blooms will last from Summer through to Autumn, contrasting greatly against the lush, green foliage below, which will appear from early Spring through to Autumn. This should be planted in moist, well drained soil and in a position of full sunlight. Regular watering is recommended in Summer, with less required as the year progresses. You should also remove wilting flower heads to encourage fresh growth in the following Spring.

How to Water
Water young plants regularly for the first year or so until they are fully established. After this, buddleias should only need to be watered during particularly dry spells.
How to Plant
For the best show of flowers, plant buddleia in a sheltered spot in full sun. Ensure the soil drains well and dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball. Dig in some garden compost and position the plant, placing the top of the root ball just below soil level. Backfill with soil and compost and water in well.
