These garden shrubs will thrive in full sun or partial shade, planted in any soil that is moist and well-drained. Adding some fertiliser to the soil every month or so will allow for a healthy plant and long flowering season. It is always beneficial to use a layer of mulch to cover the base of the plant to enable the soil retain moisture.

How to Water
Water regularly for the first year, especially during the growing season. Once established, these shrubs should only need to be watered during dry spells.
How to Plant
Plant these hedge shrubs in full sun or partial shade in moist but well-draining soil. Dig a whole around twice the size of the root ball and mix in some organic matter to boost the nutrients in the soil. Position the plant in the hole and backfill with soil and compost, forming down gently as you go. Water in well.
