Our Ribes uva-crispa Hinnonmaki Red is a deciduous shrub that will grow tasty, edible fruit. The plant also bears dark green leaves in Summer that will turn red in Autumn. White flowers bloom in Spring, bringing an elegant look to the plant. Delicious, large fruit will begin to grow from early Summer onwards, bearing a striking purple-red colour when they ripen.
They will grow to an ultimate height and spread of 1.5m. In terms of plant care, it should be placed in bright, indirect sunlight and planted in moist, well-drained soil. Watering becomes essential when the soil is dry to touch.
