Instructions

Top Tip

Houttuynia can be invasive, so plant it in a contained area to prevent it from overtaking other plants in your garden.

How to Water

Keep the soil consistently moist, especially in warmer weather. Houttuynia plants thrive with regular watering, but avoid waterlogging the soil. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot.

How to Plant

Plant Houttuynia in well-draining soil in a partially shaded to sunny spot. Space plants 30-45cm apart to allow for spreading. Dig a hole, place the plant, and cover with soil. It's ideal for borders, ground covers, or water's edge plantings.
