Product description
Curly parsley is often used as a decorative garnish and adds colour to soups, roast dinners and charcuterie platters. It can also be used as part of a bouquet garni to add to casseroles, soups, stocks and sauces.
A bright green hue and bushy habit make Curly Parsley one of the more attractive herbs to grow in the garden. It'll brighten up and complement borders, pots and containers well. It is very easy to care for and adds an aromatic scent to the kitchen garden.
Curly Parsley can be stored for future use by chopping finely and freezing in a sandwich bag. Alternatively, the leaves can be dried and stored but this results in a less intense flavour.
Parsley has many health benefits and is full of iron, antioxidants, apigenin and vitamins C, A and K. It can also help reduce bloating and blood pressure and can even be used to freshen breath.
This 8 cell tray is ready to be planted out in beds, borders, pots or containers.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.
