Product description

Rosmarinus Sissinghurst Blue is an evergreen herb plant will bring year-round interest to the garden with its dark green leaves. The vast array of colour that comes from both the foliage and the light purple flowering adds tremendous colour to the garden, with the plant also having many culinary benefits to allow its use in meals with vegetables, fish, meat and other dishes. From Spring through to early Autumn, the light purple shades will appear and, in order to ensure these thrive, the plant needs good care. Plant them in moist, well-drained soil and place them in full sunlight. Low maintenance water levels can be carried out, meaning that once-a-week watering will be ample for good growth and progression.

Instructions

Top Tip

Trim Rosemary regularly to promote bushy growth and prevent it from becoming leggy.

How to Water

Water Rosemary plants moderately, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering, as they prefer drier conditions. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot.

How to Plant

Plant Rosmarinus in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball, place the plant, and cover with soil. Space plants about 60cm apart. Water thoroughly after planting and add mulch to retain moisture.
