Product description
A compact, upright deciduous shrub bearing thickets of ovate, dark green foliage and small, white flowers in Summer which are soon followed by clusters of small, fleshy, white berries. The Symphoricarpos ‘Magical Galaxy’ is an attractive plant with bright Summer colours that works well as a border plant for entrances or as low informal hedging.
Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soil and keep in full or partial sun. Grows well in most soil types and is drought and pollution tolerant once established, so is suitable for more urban environments.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Instructions
Top Tip
Prune Symphoricarpos in early spring to remove dead wood and shape the plant. This helps promote better growth and a more compact form, especially if you want to control its spread.
How to Water
Water Symphoricarpos regularly during the first growing season to establish roots. Once established, water during dry spells but avoid overwatering. These plants are drought-tolerant but benefit from occasional deep watering.
How to Plant
Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and the same depth. Place the plant, backfill with soil, and firm gently. Water thoroughly after planting. Space plants 90-150cm apart for a natural spread.
