An interesting variety which is perfect for smaller gardens and grows well in shaded positions. The Tiarella 'Pink Skyrocket' or Foamflower is a beautiful perennial shrub with vibrant, eye-catching foliage. The leaves are a large, deeply lobed or cut, glossy mid-green turning to bronze-red under sun or a deep red in shaded areas. The flowers bloom on stems above the foliage as conical clusters of pale pink and white from Spring.
Plant in cool, moist, humus-rich, well-drained soils and keep in partial sun or full shade. Leaf colour dependent on exposure to sunlight. Keep soil cool through regular watering in warmer periods. Avoid waterlogging, especially during Winter. Requires a sheltered position and protection from cold and frost.
