Product description
Alstroemeria Colorita Yenti is a compact, herbaceous perennial plant that has glossy, dark green foliage and bright white flowering that is joined by yellow flecks and a throat-like feature of the same colour. The foliage provides a great contrast between the colours of the plant, with the white and yellow shades making it both elegant and eye-catching. The plant will begin its flowering in June, continuing all the way through to October. Alstroemerias should be planted in moist, well-drained soil, whilst being placed in full sun to partial shade for the most-part as it will struggle to thrive easily when placed in areas of shade. When watering, once a week will suffice.

Top Tip
Slugs and snails are known to devour alstroemerias, so use an eco-friendly barrier or deterrent to protect young plants.
How to Water
Water regularly during dry spells, taking care not to over-water as this can damage the fleshy roots.
How to Plant
Choose a sheltered spot in full sun with free-draining soil and dig a hole around 20cm deep and slightly wider than the root ball. Add some well-rotted organic matter to the hole and leave 40-60cm between plants.
