Product description

Oozing elegance and grace, this striking Cosmos variety has a bushy shape with deeply divided, fern-like foliage. From July all the way to October, it is covered with masses of daisy-like pure white flowers with bright yellow eyes. These blooms are a magnet for pollinators, enticing bees and butterflies into the garden all summer long.

Cosmos Purity creates an eye-catching display in beds and borders and will be the envy of your neighbours. It is also well-suited to container gardening and looks stunning in pots, window boxes, and hanging baskets.

Sow Cosmos seeds in trays from March to May and keep them in a warm spot until the seedlings are large enough to handle. Harden them off gradually and plant out in the flowering site from May, once the risk of frost has passed. Choose a spot in full sun in moist but well-draining soil and leave 10cm between plants. Water Cosmos plants regularly until they are firmly established and deadhead spent blooms to promote further flowering.
