Product description

A compact, evergreen perennial with neat mounded clumps of foliage all year in the milder regions. The Euphorbia 'Baby Charm', or Martin's Spurge, consists of deep green leaves flushed with purple-red hues in the Spring which then mature and darken as the seasons progress. Alongside and throughout the foliage grow sprays of small, saucer-shaped yellow-green flowers with deep red centres from early Spring and into the Summer to provide a lovely early display.

Plant in well-drained, light soils and keep in full sun in a sheltered position. Considered evergreen in mild regions but in areas with harsh Winters it will act more like a perennial, dying back and re-growing the following Spring.

Please Note: Images are for illustrative purposes only and designed to be a representation of the item(s) being sold. Herbaceous plants die back below the soil in the Winter and may be supplied in their dormant state during this time. Fresh growth will be seen the following Spring.

Instructions

Top Tip

Wear gloves when handling Euphorbia, as the sap can cause skin irritation.

How to Water

Water Euphorbia moderately, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. They are drought-tolerant but benefit from consistent moisture during dry spells. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot.

How to Plant

Plant Euphorbia in well-draining soil in a sunny location. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball, place the plant, and fill with soil. Water thoroughly after planting and space them properly to allow air circulation.
