The ‘Leopard Spot’ Hebe, also known as Shrubby Veronica, is a unique-looking member of the Hebe family. Its compact size makes it suitable for modest gardens or spaces, and it'll fare excellently growing either in garden soil or in pots and containers.
Its striking, evergreen ovate leaves flaunt unusual variegation, with pale yellow middles and deep green edges. The pretty foliage will remain on show throughout the year as a constantly attractive feature.
Come summer, the shrub will release blue/purple flowers that attract bees and other pollinators.
Generally light in upkeep, your Hebe will only need occasional TLC. In late spring, remove damaged, sickly or misplaced branches to tidy up the shrub and encourage new growth. During the coldest winter months, the shrub will require some sort of protection from the frosty, harsh winds.

How to Plant
Plant Hebe in well-draining soil in a sunny or lightly shaded spot, sheltered from strong winds. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball, place the plant at the same depth it was in its pot, and backfill with soil. Space plants 60-90cm apart for full growth.
