Nandina Domestica Brightlight, or Heavenly Bamboo, is a semi-evergreen shrub with yellow-green, lance-shaped leaves, perfect for adding year-round colour and texture to beds and borders. Foliage is considered to be similar to bamboo, which is where this plant gets it's common name.
In summer, small, delicate, white flowers bloom which are followed in autumn by pale, yellow berries. Heavenly Bamboo is perfect for adding to a mixed border or equally as great for mass planting to add a touch of brightness all year long.

How to Water
Water Nandina regularly during the first growing season to establish strong roots. Once established, it is drought-tolerant but benefits from occasional watering during extended dry periods.
How to Plant
Plant Nandina in well-draining soil with access to full sun or partial shade. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and as deep. Place the plant, backfill with soil, and firm gently. Space multiple plants 60-90cm apart. Water thoroughly after planting to settle the soil.
