Product description
Weigela Towers of Flowers Cherry is a deciduous shrub that brings an abundance of vibrant colour into the garden. The flowers of this plant are filled with a deeper pink shade that ensures the plant remains eye-catching for visitors or passers-by. Behind the blooms, there is a great backdrop of green foliage that efficiently offsets the plant, making it admireable from all angles due to the entirety of the plants stems being filled from May and June. Plant these shrubs in moist, well-drained soil and keep them placed in full sunlight. The plant will be drought tolerant to an extent, but regular watering is recommended, especially in drier conditions.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Prune weigela in early spring after flowering to remove spent blooms and shape the plant. This encourages healthy growth and more vibrant blooms the following season.
How to Water
Water weigela plants deeply, especially during dry periods, to keep the soil moist but not soggy. Once established, they are somewhat drought-tolerant. Water at the base and avoid wetting the leaves, which can cause fungal diseases.
How to Plant
Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice as wide and just as deep as the root ball. Place the plant, backfill with soil, and firm gently. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch to retain moisture. Space plants 90-120cm apart.
