Top Tip

To extend blooming, plant gladiolus corms every 2-3 weeks for a staggered flower display throughout the summer.

How to Water

Water gladiolus bulbs consistently but avoid overwatering. Keep the soil moist but not soggy, ensuring good drainage to prevent rot. Once the bulbs sprout, water at the base, not the leaves, to promote healthy growth.

How to Plant

Plant gladiolus bulbs in well-drained, fertile soil with good sunlight. Dig a hole 10-15cm deep, place the corm with the pointed end facing up, and space them 10-15cm apart. Cover with soil and water lightly. Plant in spring after the last frost.
